projet_texte Array Single String <p class="chapeau">L’eau et le littoral sont des éléments récurrents dans l’œuvre de Marcel Dinahet. L’artiste immerge ses premières sculptures dans l’élément aquatique pour ensuite réaliser de nombreuses installations vidéo qui traitent de la matérialité et de la temporalité du paysage marin.</p> Pour <em>1=3</em> à La Criée, Marcel Dinahet propose un vaste dispositif vidéo qui se déroule en trois temps. Toutes les trois semaines, une nouvelle séquence est projetée sur trois des murs du centre d’art selon un angle de vue différent. La première séquence vidéo présente l’immersion et la remontée à la surface d’une jeune danseuse, Maud Le Pladec, filmée dans la piscine municipale Dominique Savio à Rennes. La seconde séquence joue sur la perception visuelle d’un paysage urbain : la ville de Londres vue de la Tamise. Par un dispositif de caméra embarquée à hauteur d’une ligne de flottaison, cette séquence provoque perte des repères, d’horizon et instabilité au gré des mouvements naturels de l’eau. Enfin, Marcel Dinahet se pose en observateur. Il filme simplement une falaise et le mouvement de va-et-vient de la mer confrontée à ce mur, révélant la masse et l’énergie physique de cette dernière. Les images rapportées sont hors normes, toujours à la frontière du réel et de la fiction, échappant à toute logique documentaire ou narrative. Dans ces œuvres à la fois simples, brutes et sensuelles, où la caméra est souvent confiée aux éléments, il est question de déplacements  : déplacement dans notre vision, déplacement des corps et des éléments.
